It is with deep regret that we officially announce the cancellation of the 2020 Oregon Summer Festival in Seaside, Oregon, August 21-23. This decision was based on the guidelines put forth by the Governor of the State of Oregon. Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced on May 7th that all large gatherings, including festivals, conventions, and fairs, will not be allowed through at least September, until the state has access to a vaccine or reliable treatment for COVID-19. Seaside is a small resort city in northwestern Oregon. Its beach
is known for surf breaks and a 1920s promenade. Take some time to
visit the end of the Lewis & Clark Trail. A bronze statue of these men is
located at the "turnaround", near the center of the 1.5 mile prom boardwalk. The statue is about a
2 block walk from the
Convention Center.
